# Farm Overview

> One-click leveraged yield: stock collateral into Kamino's real USDC or SOL market.

Farm is **Leveraged Yield**. Deposit a stock or PreStock, borrow against it, and deploy into a pool that actually pays.

Kamino's **xStocks** market lists TSLAx and friends at \~0% supply APY. Kamino's **main market** pays a live USDC/SOL rate. Farm is the bridge: your idle stock becomes a USDC or SOL supply on that main market, with Vanna debt still denominated in the original stock or in the swapped stable — depending on the path.

## Two related paths

| Path              | What it does                                                                                     |
| ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Same-asset Lite   | Deposit + borrow the **same stock**, CPI-supply into the registered Kamino reserve (`lite_open`) |
| Cross-asset carry | Deposit / leverage a stock, swap the total to **USDC or SOL**, supply Kamino main market         |

The UI you see on the hosted demo is the carry-trade surface: stock in, Kamino USDC (or SOL) out, Vanna debt stays on the account.
