Liquidation Instruction

public_liquidate(max_repay_assets, min_collateral_out)

Requires the full position set in remaining accounts (every vault, debt, price, Lite). Incomplete set → fail. Does not require the account owner. Liquidator pays the debt mint, receives seized collateral. See Math and Liquidation bots.
